ABHYANGA
Abhyanga is a full body warm oil massage. It tends to be light pressure but can be firmer depending on your dosha type. The massage is very rhythmic and mimics a dance. This body treatment is meditative and allows your body to come back into balance as you relax. The oil is very nourishing for the skin and circulation of blood and lymph are increased.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is an ancient wellness therapy where different pressure points called “reflex points” are stimulated to create physiological changes throughout the body. Reflex points on the hands and feet are believed to correspond to the different organs throughout the body. Working on different zones of the hands and feet help normalize the flow of chi (life force energy), reducing stress and imbalances in the body.
